How it works

1. THE BEST CUSTOM MADE EXPERIENCE
Custom-made is about freedom of choice. And we know that too much choice doesn’t make life easier. That’s why, at Gallery Tailors, we give you the perks of a traditional clothing store (everything’s available for try on) and the benefits of custom-made (crafted to suit your specific style and physique) PLUS plenty of personal advice and attention. Shopping at its finest.

2. FIRST APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment will take about 60 to 90 minutes. You’re welcome to make an appointment or to simply stop by during our walk-in hours. Making an appointment ensures you get our undivided attention.

3. DELIVERY TIME & FITTING
We need about 3 to 4 weeks to craft your suits and shirts, after which most items fit perfectly and are ready to go. If necessary, small alterations are done in house and take a few days maximum – and we note these alterations in your profile to make repeat orders easy and quick.

FIRST APPOINTMENT

ABBEYDALE operates by appointment only. We feel this is the best model to allow us to get to know you, to learn more about your wardrobe, and where you’re heading with it. During the first fitting we will have you slip on one of our try-on suits to better gauge how you prefer to wear suits. We also know the exact measurements of our try-ons, which will translate to an exact fit. In addition to the try-on suit process, we will take 20+ body measurements. This process takes about 15 minutes. For the rest of the appointment, we will select fabrics and discuss styling for your garments. Before the garments are commissioned, a 50% deposit will be required. To get started, book your appointment online.

DELIVERY & FITTING

Your suit will be ready in about four to five weeks. Once it is ready, you will come in for a final fitting. This appointment is much shorter and will require you to try on the suit to make sure all is well. If there are any alterations to tweak, we will do that within a week at no cost to you.
